EXTERIOR
The body was subject to a complete repaint a number of years ago but still presents superbly well and has no obvious signs of corrosion and is really really straight panels and gaps are superb.
There is not much history with the car as been in same ownership for over forty years but there has been a lot of work carried out recently and there is not many items to do but it’s very rare to own a car like this when it’s had very very few owners since it was manufactured!
Painted in the original Jaguar colour of Silver Grey the paint finish and bodywork present in excellent order which is a testament to the quality of workmanship carried out.
Excellent panel fit, shut lines, gaps, and reassuring thud as you close the doors. The underside has been lightly undersealed throughout and presents in excellent order.
All external bright work is either original or replated and looks stunning throughout. Original Lucas lighting all around, unmarked glass, opening front and rear quarter lights... Wonderful
Supplied new March 1964 to Official Jaguar dealers Martin Walter , and its current registration number BKJ 254B is still present.
This completely original car had been in the same ownership for the last forty plus years and had been in our workshops getting works and re commissioned and now presents very well indeed.
Sadly this beautiful S-Type has been supplied to us from a deceased estate and has not been used for the last number of years.
This S-Type is sold requiring very light mechanical recommissioning to bring it back to its former glory.
The car will be sold with a brand new mot albeit not requiring one but for peace of mind it’s a great addition to the car and it deserves this and am sure its new owner will be delighted
