Here for sale is my 1963 Austin Healey Sprite MK2.
As you can see the car is British racing green with an Old English white hard top and black soft top and tonneau cover.
The car was made and despatched during December 1963 as shown on the heritage certificate making it one of the last mark two cars made. Previously owned by the same gentleman for 48 years. He took great care to preserve this car in it's original condition.
Believed a matching numbers car and genuine mileage.
In the 1990's it had a re-paint and the engine was reconditioned too.
Sharing many features with the much loved mark one but with the more practical boot and bonnet design.
Also benefiting from disc brakes at the front.
The car is not concours or pretending to be, it is a good honest original that is 100% rot and rust free.
I've owned the car approximately 9 years and in that time I've had the original bumpers re-chromed, replaced the radiator, battery. tyres and the dynamo.
The car drives well with good oil pressure and does not over heat.
Ever since I've owned it I've had it mot'd, feel free to check its mot history and you will see why it is for sale, most years it does very little mileage which is a shame.

Him and his wife had looked after the car all those years having many adventures.
Bruce bought the car from a Scooter dealers in Newcastle part exchanging his mini for it. The receipts come with the car.
I chose this from all the Sprites I looked at as it felt such a genuine car.
