MOTO GUZZI V7 SPORT TUNING REPARTO CORSE I sell exclusive and unobtainable sports motorbike built in Mandello Del Lario in December 1972 and belonged until 2020 to its only owner who worked for 15 years at the Moto Guzzi racing department. The motorbike immediately after purchase underwent special mechanical processing in the "Reparto Corse" by the owner and at the suggestion of engineer Lino Tonti. Straight-gear timing system, machined cylinder heads with oversized intake and exhaust valves, cylinders and pistons with increased displacement to 800 cc, pair of 38 mm PHM carburettors, finned aluminium spacer machined from billet for increasing the oil sump to 5 litres, polished and balanced connecting rods and crankshaft, lightened flywheel, 40 mm exhaust pipes, "Lafranconi Competizione" silencers, "Koni Performance" shock absorbers.
Verbal testimony from the wife of the former owner told of a top speed of over 230 km/ h. Bodywork with tank and side panels in perfect condition, only minor signs of wear present. Metallic burgundy paintwork, chassis in shiny black. Freshly fitted new front and rear tyres. Original first registration plate, page book and complementary sheet.
