Description
The car has been completely restored and is in excellent condition. It has won several awards in Europe!Steyr built a total of around 5, 900 models of the 220 series from 1937 to 1941, but only six of them with a Gläser body. The influence of the Streamliner's Art Deco style on the car is clearly recognisable, particularly in the streamlined design of the front wings and the shape of the rear wing plugs. The curved chrome side line is intended to convey a sense of speed even when the car is stationary. Only a few of the original six cars have survived to this day. - details above
