Here's my 1972 iconic vintage peugeot j7 van , that came from the south of france, near the spanish border .
It was owned from new by a furniture business and only has 46. 000kms.
It has a coachbuilt body, longer wheelbase extension with 3 piece rear doors.
Original paintwork and sign writing with great patina , a few scrapes and knocks etc , all part of its charm.
Underneath is all lovely and solid.
We swapped in a later 2. 0L engine and longer ratio gearbox which makes it alot more usable., cruises along nicely.
Front brakes have also been upgraded to discs and have all been refurbed front and back. Also its been lowered and drives much better than standard, 4 new tyres too.
All parts are available for these in the uk.
We took it le mans classic where it got some great attention.
Large roofrack with basic solar panel.
This would make a great retro camper or great vintage cateringvan.
