Owned by our family since 2002 and was in use until 2007 and has always been kept dry in a garage, In 2022 my late father decided it was time to get it back on the road again and, It was mot’d and had a new timing belt fitted and some brakes parts, I think he only used it twice after having the work done.
The engine was replaced before my father purchased it as the timing belt failed on the original engine and it was replaced with the 1. 6 diesel engine from the same era, He always said that the 1. 6 engine was a better engine than the 1. 8.
Underbody is solid
Body work is very presentable for its age but does have some light corrosion scabs which have been touched up in places and the odd small dent here and there (just being honest) I think you’d struggle to find a more solid shell than this one.
Also has Xr3 interior and wheels !
