First registered 31 May 1967 and supplied by MJ Fews the Glos Land Rover agent see photos.
I am the 3rd owner and purchased the car in October 1996 at a recorded 14, 500 miles, it is now recording 30, 457 miles. I had the inside of the chassis members and underneath thoroughly wax Oyled in November '96
It is very original, good chassis, rear parabolic springs, original galvanized capping on body sides, loads of patina a a few battle scars. Non standard seats but original bases etc available if buyer wants to renovate.
In my ownership, always dry garaged and as you can see I have covered around 16, 000 miles in 29 years. Qualifies for mot and road tax savings. Interesting registration number.
This is by no means a perfect 2A but very usable, fully roadworthy, reliable, starts every time and is unmolested. Could be taken to the next level of condition with little effort or costThe car has a great history and very few owners . A real member of the family . Sad to see it go.
