Delivered to the UK on 24th June 1959 as a Kr200 Deluxe with dome top and black paintwork.

Replacement original steel body panels used as necessary, and exterior fittings renewed or refurbished
Refinished in ivory cellulose, and the interior reupholstered in red vinyl

The Condition
Highly original example with lovely fresh paintwork
This full nut and bolt restoration is exactly what is says as I have even sourced 14mm ATF nuts and bolts as original
All new brightwork to original spec sourced from MOC
New wiring loom to original spec
New upholstery by specialist Nick Pole (France)
All new wheel bearings, inner tubes, tyres and brake shoes
All new suspension rubbers and shock absorbers
Wheels are complete with correct Kr201 Roadster hub caps and rare spinners
New heavy duty rear (panzer) wheel from German Messerschmitt Club
All wheel hubs upgraded to 10mm bolts (for safety)
New kingpins and bushes
New rubber floor mat recently fitted
Cabin is nicely presented with original speedo and all correct switches
NOS wiper motor
The distinctive steering 'handlebar' is in excellent condition
There is no fabric soft top supplied with the car, the new owner will need to get one made (I have contact details of a person who can produce the correct one)
The Mechanics
2-stroke 191cc Sachs engine producing 10HP
Full engine rebuild including gearbox and carb by David Garner (President MOC and world renowned Kr200 engine builder) in 2019
New rear drive chain and bearings
All new cables fitted, brakes, clutch, accelerator, neutral selector, heater, speedo and choke
Fully restored pedal box
New engine rubber suspension components
Manual transmission with four sequential gears forwards and four gears backwards, depending on engine rotation
Original black box fully restored with new electronic regulator
Engine bay in excellent order with no issues complete with spare wheel
Electrical system tested with only a couple of niggles to sort our (Horn and Indicators)
Starts up first time and drives forward and reverse
Neutral selector needs adjustment
Front suspension all new but will need tracking and toe in adjusted
