Once in a blue moon a vehicle comes along that defies its age and can only be described as a survivor and as new. This Mercedes certainly matches that description. It was bought on the Channel Islands in 1997 from Jackson’s Mercedes at their press release day by a wealthy lady for her husband. I understand that her husband chose to cherish the car rather than use it and he kept the miles to around 1000 only. When it came the time for the family to part with the car it was bought by classic car firm KGF whom you may be aware sell some beautiful classics. I bought the car from KGF less than 2 years ago for 14750 and added only 1000 miles so the mileage still shows a very small 2015 miles total. The car is as new and immaculate. I had KGF change the tyres only due to age at the time of purchase. Unfortunately ill health prevented much use and it is time for it to be sold. It comes with a £450 “specialised” make tailored car cover in a matching blue. If you are a classic Mercedes enthusiast this may be the car for you to use and enjoy this spring and summer. It’s effectively a beautiful, like new classic Mercedes. Where else could you find similar today ? Make no mistake, you’ll appreciate the lovely grey leather seats and trim, as new dark grey mats and even a spare set of light grey mats for summer use. Its automatic sunroof adds to its trim levels but, of course, this car is in the “Elegance” trim so it doesn’t get much better.
