2 brand new front tyres (Avon ZV7s) in March 2025, and as above, just serviced in February.

In addition to the service history, the car boasts a truly extensive maintenance record. These are very neatly recorded in the service book. A few notable essentials below for this make / model:

13/ 05/ 18 - 44, 157 (gearbox oil change)
09/ 04/ 20 - 60, 747 (timing belt and water pump. The intervals on C30 T5s are 100, 000 miles, so well ahead of time)
01/ 12/ 22 - 81, 763 (gearbox oil change)

The MOT history is extraordinary. It's not had a single advisory (let alone failure) since 2016, which is testament to the apparently meticulous maintenance regime this car has benefited from. The handwritten notes in the service book refer to carrying out tasks - for example, new shock absorbers - purely as 'an indulgence'.

The interior is in excellent condition. Externally, it's good - albeit not concourse. The next owner may for example wish to have the alloys refurbished.

I purchased the car in September 2023. Since then, aside from the above, it's received a new battery and a replacement brake vacuum booster pump. It's been a lovely car, used only for pleasure, ostensibly travelling between London and the North East to visit family. I'll regular see over 30mpg on those trips and in regular, mixed driving - which considering the performance and noise of that five cylinder engine, I think is reasonable.

The car was somewhat of an impulse purchase, after I was swept away by its history. Unfortunately, I simply need something larger.

The next MOT is due at the end of May '25. For a serious buyer, I'm happy to discuss having the car MOT'd prior to sale.

Any questions, please do ask.
