1990 Mercedes 190 E W201 2.6

• I purchased G902UAL in October 2022 from Mark Taylor Specialist Vehicles (MTSV), based in Keighley, Yorkshire, and paid £10, 495. Mark is, like me, a member of the Mercedes Benz Club.
. It has never been repaired or restored - everything is original and in immaculate condition.
• The car was built at the Bremen factory in October 1989 and registered in the UK on 16th January 1990. It was supplied by International Cars of Chesterfield, and remained in the ownership of the same family until August 2021.
• Standard equipment; ABS, power steering, central locking, anti-slip differential, headlamp wash/ wipe, outside temperature gauge, heated door mirrors (but Mercedes only fitted an electric one to the passenger door!).
• Extra equipment; electric sunroof, dealer-fitted alarm, 70-litre fuel tank
• The car has averaged less than 3, 300 miles per year, with a total of just under 105, 000 miles on the clock when purchased in 2022.
• The previous owners kept extensive records, including their own notebook of every part replaced, & details of every oil change (including how much oil was drained!).
• There is an annotated Haynes Owners Manual, a copy of every MoT certificate (it has never failed an MoT)
• All the original keys and fobs are present; the original first aid kit and tool roll are in the boot; and the original Blaupunkt Windsor radio/ cassette is fitted and working!

The car has been shown at Sherborne Classic and Supercar Show (twice); at Simply Mercedes, Beaulieu; at Rosemoor Classics; and at Mercedes Benz World, Brooklands, where it was one of twenty 190Es on a parade lap, celebrating the 40th anniversary of the launch of the W201 in 2023. It has also been part of the Running Vehicle Displays at Haynes Motor Museum for the last two years. There are about 150 Mercedes 190E 2. 6 on the road in the UK, and this has to be one of the very best, never having been restored or repaired, in immaculate condition, and professionally undersealed and ceramic coated. It drives beautifully - quiet, refined and incredibly smooth. It keeps up with modern traffic, is easy to drive, and oozes build quality.
I am only selling it because I have undercover storage for one car, and another modern classic that I want to keep. The Mercedes is currently in secure, covered storage close by.
