Original RHD UK car. Old English white with red leather interior. An extensive restoration was professionally carried out in the late 90’s. In 2024 the engine was comprehensively rebuilt by Tom Lenthall and converted to fuel injection, ECU & coil packs. The car has covered a total of 84, 500 miles, extensive history to prove.
Work in the 90’s included new bonnet, doors, inner & outer sills, engine frames & full respray. Comprehensive re-trim in red leather and conversion from auto to 5 speed manual, Usage since has been minimal.
The Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) unit has been totally rebuilt, i. e. LSD professionally rebuilt, new wheel bearings, inner & outer fulcrum bushes, discs, shocks, springs, calipers rebuilt & new pads & handbrake pads fitted. All Gears uprated Gear change fitted. 7. 5” x 16” Turrino Wheels and Michelin Primacy 225/ 60 R16 tyres fitted. Front brake calipers overhauled with new pistons & seals, green stuff pads fitted. Speedo and odometer recalibrated.
2024 Engine rebuild included lip seal conversion, new clutch, Wasp starter motor and alternator, Haywood & Scott stainless exhaust system including ceramic coated headers and refurbished Getrag 5 speed gearbox & power steering pump.
A Thatcham Cat 1 Alarm/ Immobiliser is fitted and there are 2 x key fobs.
