For sale is my 1992 c4 corvette
Good bits:
Brand new window scrapers inside the car
Stacks of receipts
Runs and drives
Interior was recently wet valeted, so, will tidy up very well
4 wheels in great condition
Has a spare brand new optispark to go with it
All the parts are inside the car
Has brand new front and rear pressed plates
Bad bits:
Tyres have cracking
I prepped it for paint myself. Used gelcoat over all the repairs, then applied glasurit epoxy primer, sadly the hardener had expired and it took months for it to dry. At the same time it shrunk and it now looks like an alligator.
I have no concerns that this would fly though a MOT with a few hours prep work.
I just struggle to find time to get it prepped and painted again.
Car is located in Iver, Bucks.
I have thought about putting on a C2 body but again time doesn't exist in my life. But I can put you in the right direction for a kit.
I might pay someone to paint it but I'm scared they won't meet my expectations.
I'm happy to entertain an overseas sale.
These cars are now fetching strong money. One just sold on Ebay for over 10k and the seller was gutted thinking it went too cheap. It's a corvette. What's not to love!
