This all original 2001 Rover 75 is the mid-range ‘Club CDT Automatic’ model powered by the 2 litre BMW diesel engine.
Its superb condition is due, to a large extent, to the diligence of the first owner who used the car up until March 2023 and had the car serviced every year without fail, irrespective of the mileage. This low mileage Rover has not been stored and so does not suffer from the problems of not being used. Its regular use and being kept in a domestic garage away from the elements has kept the Rover in exceptional condition.
Four premium Goodyear ‘EfficientGrip’ 195/ 65R15 tyres have been fitted within the last two years; the previous tyres showed no sign of side scuffing. A new Exide 75 Ah battery was fitted in June of last year.
The Rover was last serviced on 10th October 2024. By the time of the sale, the MOT will be due on 10th March 2026.
Being a Mk 1, the car has a radio/ cassette player, (conversion to a modern header-unit is possible), and comes with a variety of cassette tapes of both classical and relatively modern music.
