For sale is this lovely rare 480 celebration. If you are looking at this, you probably know what it is! It has a new MOT until January 2026 and has covered an estimate of about 100, 000 miles as the odometer stopped at 89, 541 a couple of years ago.
This car came to me through trade but I loved it so much it became part of my personal Volvo collection for a while. - Its now time to let someone else enjoy it!
It is the 2. 0 n/ a petrol coupled to an automatic box.
The best way to describe it is as a running, driving 'as used' example of a 480, it is not showroom condition, but it still turns heads driving through town. It is a really straight car overall good bodywork. The alloys are also in great condition with premium brand tyres. The interior is also free of rips and tears.
There are a few niggles as with anything of age, headlights stuck up all the time, drivers window sometimes requires a bit up help going back up, o/ s rear light faded/ cracked, bit of rust bubbling to o/ s/ r wheel arch but was not noted on MOT to be a problem. This wheel arch is the only real area I would say needs improvement.
None of the niggles prevent it from being used, loved and enjoyed.
It comes with a service booklet detailing oil changes throughout its life, which are mostly annual, and were carried out by a local Volvo specialist.
It is priced the way it is because I would rather enjoy it myself than give it away.
It's not a car that can be discussed for hours over messaging with silly questions, it is one which really needs to be seen in person. There aren't many 480s left on the UK roads now, especially not 480 Celebration!
