proud to offer this stunning 1968 MGC GT in Tartan Red with just 68, 700 miles which is believed to be correct.
This lovely example was restored in 2012 and is still showing in outstanding condition throughout. Since then it hasn’t had much use however has had over £3, 000 spent recently including a new wiring loom, the dashboard being professionally restored, It also benefits from new carpets and door cards, together with a new alternator and distributor. A new pair of old stock carburettors have been fitted. An engine, gearbox and diff service have also been carried out.
A new overdrive unit was fitted in the late 90s/ early 2000s however has not done many miles since so is still a very new unit working faultlessly and smooth. The car runs and drives superbly, you would not know it’s a 56 year old car! Also featuring a Webasto roof in excellent condition it’s great for the sunny days ahead.
The history file is fantastic showcasing the amount of time and money put into this car over the years.
Overall this is a stunning example that needs to be seen to be appreciated.
