Where to begin?
I have had this car for just over 1 year after pestering my mate (the previous owner) who owned the car for 5+ years to sell it to me. I've had a change of circumstances now and it's forcing the sale or should I say she haha. it's an amazing example of what a mk1 golf can be. it was restored approx 6/ 7 years ago and purchased by my friend off UKD. it runs really well and is very good on fuel due to it being the 1. 6 diesel it won't win any races but who cares when you look that cool!
The car is very tastefully modified not molested. it all original apart from its on airlift performance air suspension that cost 3k and its sat on some Porsche Fuch style alloys for that show car look. I still have the original suspension that can come with the purchase of the car.
This car has the potential to be a show winning car. if someone was a purest they could easily refit the original suspension and get some mk1 steels to but it back to it former glory. the car if in fantastic condition for it age, and I am absolutely gutted after owing my dream car to have to sell it. I am in no immediate rush to sell the car and I hope it will go onto an owner that will love it as much as I do.
