Genuine Lotus Cortina Mk ll series 1 1967. MDF999F is a genuine car in lovely condition both mechanically and structurally. Subject to total restoration both mechanically and structurally some years ago and still presents very well. Full photographic record of the restoration, also other specification sheets, invoices and booklets. Recent work includes brake discs, calipers and pads, Servo reconditioned by Past Parts at Bury St. Edmonds. Still present with the car is the old buff log book, which clearly states Cortina Lotus. MDF999F is a known car to both Cortina clubs and is registered with the Lotus Cortina Register. Past Concourse winner at Lotus Cortina National event. More recently winner of best Lotus at a Cortina club National event, also in 2022 this car was an exhibitor at the Classic Car Show at the NEC. MDF999F is used regularly throughout the summer months attending shows and rallies and has been extremely reliable. The interior is in lovely condition, front seats having been refurbished by Aldridge Trimming and a new carpet has been fitted. MDF999F is currently MOT'd.
