2005 Porsche 911 997 Carrera 2S

A truly wonderful and Rare colour combination Porsche 911 Carrera 3. 8S manual 997. 1 2WD – 2005.

This is a lovely low mileage manual example, that has only covered 40, 664 miles, it is in superb condition!

It is set off by the best colour combination of Basalt Black metallic paint with a black power roof and full “sand beige coloured’ extended leather interior (to include the dash etc.). I looked at quite a few 997’s before buying this one and the colour combo is just fantastic (always gets positive comments at Porsche Club meetings) …

This car has had lots of mechanical and body work attention/ time and money lavished upon it, during its whole life!
When I purchased it, mechanically it was spot-on with services and other work fully documented. Paintwork is very good.
The paint has also been ceramic coated, for protection.

The car has a Full Porsche and Porsche Specialist Service History - being serviced 9 times in 40k miles plus a supplementary oil change, it has been very well looked after.
Importantly a Service was completed @ Catherdal in 2024 and with that the next service is not due until next year which will be a minor service, you have total peace of mind and cheap Porsche motoring for several years ahead.
Recently had a new full stainless steel ‘Design Tek’ exhaust system fitted including new headers.

The correct factory fit Pirelli P-Zero N rated tyres are fitted and have 6 to 5. 5mm all round, the alloy wheels are also ‘as new’ as they were powder coat by Dick Lovett Porsche

The car drives like only a 6-speed manual 355bhp 3. 8 Carrera S does: it is docile, smooth, very very comfortable, yet drop a gear or two (and press ‘SPORT’) and the whole car hunkers down and is ready to go! Incidentally I have returned 25-27 mpg on a long run at motorway speeds.
The car has not been out in the wet and is not used in the winter months, it has always been warmed up correctly and run on super unleaded only. The previous owner of 8 years was a retired gent and I’ve only covered less than 4000miles since buying the vehicle.
I’ve owned many cars including classics and sports cars however the 911 is just something very special.

There are very few two-wheel drive, manual gearbox, convertible variants available for sale and is a car to use and enjoy, with knowledge that running/ service costs will be low for several years.

And with a rising priced market for low mileage 997. 1 generation cars, I believe this car is priced very sensibly @ £27, 995
