Visit our website for more information, a gallery of photographs and a video of the MG out on a little spin this week! This MG 18/ 80 Mk I is a wonderful example of this iconic English car.
An early Oxford-built motor, it is currently owned by a man who left Oxford University in the 1960s and went straight into work for the British car industry at the Cowley works. Now that he has finished driving his grown up children to their Oxford weddings in the beautifully maintained MG, he's ready to let it head off for other adventures.
This 4 door, 4 seater tourer has a very elegant hood which is easy to pop up if the season demands a greater amount of protection, but with or without the roof up, it is not only charming and fun, but it's also a highly capable motorcar known to the Early MG Society as one of the finest examples of its kind.
