If you are looking for a reliable and long classic car partnership this 2000/ 2500 is your car. About 20yrs ago Chig Doig restored the bodywork and it has been great since. During my ownership almost everything has been replaced, upgraded, reworked. Engine is a MM Pi 2500 with TR5 cam, overhauled from a well known engine builder in germany. Same with overdrive box last year. Suspension is Series 2, fully powder coated and polybushed, Interior black nylon Series 2 with headrests, professional wax cavity treatment twice- had the car for over 15yrs now... etc, etc. It is not concours regarding panel gaps or minor dings but it has not needed any paint except last year on the c pillar chrome trim area!
