1968 4 light Citroen Dyane 6. This fantastic Dyane sat in a barn in France for many years unused. It still wears its original paint which looks fantastic!!
The car was brought over to the UK and recommissioning began. The car received new floors, engine, brakes, seats refreshed, wheels and tyres, roof etc. The previous owner to me then carried on improving the car. Since purchasing the Dyane I’ve spent around 2. 5k getting it to the standard it’s in now. The work included has been 123 ignition, new cross box exhaust, torsion arms removed because of being seized, extended tie rod ends, full engine service, oil breather, valves adjusted and carb rebuilt. Oil light fitted and an accessory fuel gauge. Have invoices for all the work. It has a good solid chassis.
I wasn’t intending to sell this after all the work but I’ve suffered ill health recently and I’m going to cut down to 2 old cars to help with storage and general costs keeping on top of them all.
It’s a jump in and drive anywhere car in its fantastic original appearance! You won’t find many original barn find ones like this. Suspension has been slightly lowered but you can raise it back up easily. Owes me way more than the asking price!
