1998 Lexus LS

Lexus ls 400 1998 series 4 model,  5 speed automatic vvt-i 290 hp the car has covered a careful 180, 000 miles but this car has been very well looked after and very well maintained.

Finished in Chichester blue complemented with beautiful Suffolk beige hide interior and was first registered on the 31/ 3/ 1998 and has had only  two previous owners, the first owner (husband and wife, Mr and Mrs Metcalf)  bought the car new and kept it for 14 years until 2012, it had covered 148, 000 miles at this point and had been cherished by them,  the car was serviced regularly most of which were at the same Lexus main dealership where they bought it brand new  (cutlers of streetly) and still has their sticker in the rear window..
The second owner (Mr kilgallan) bought the car in 2012 and kept it a further 11 years looking after it until 2023 having covered a further 31, 000 miles and has been regularly serviced by a reputable garage  (all stamped in the service book and many separate receipts), it has had a recent new cambelt and water pump less than  4, 500  miles ago in September 2022 and i have very recently had a new service and is also stamped in the book and only covered a further 400 miles in it since then with a genuine oil filter and top quality synthetic oil and if you look at the dipstick the oil is perfectly clean, and i have just had new bosch wiper blades fitted.
This car has never been smoked in as you will see by the ashtrays and the interior is in remarkable condition and is absolutely wonderful place to sit in and i doubt you will find any better, it looks simply stunning and must be one of the cleanest ls 400 interiors around at any price (take a close look at the photos).
Remarkably even the steering wheel and gear knob are free of wear, and the beautiful Yamaha wood work is also in outstanding condition with a wonderfully deep shine and has no scratches or cracks, truly lovely.
The leather was regularly treated with leather care softeners by the previous owners which clearly shows as the leather is beautifully soft and supple and in wonderful condition and has just been treated again, the face of the drivers seat has had some recolouring work done but still looks very nice and overall the interior is simply superb and anyone who looks inside this car always remarks how beautiful it is.
I have also very recently bought brand new tailor made super luxury 4070g car mats front and rear to match the original carpets  and i still have the original genuine Lexus front mats (in black) which are also in very good order.
I have also bought brand new tailor made super luxury lambs wool over rugs front and rear (easirider company) and matching rear seat cushions  (see photos) (£850 worth) absolutely stunning and super luxurious and adds the real feel of luxury.
The car comes with its full original tool kit and all the alloy wheels have been fully refurbished including the spare wheel and all the tyres are in very good order (including the spare) .

There are also two further very good tyres which are included with the car.
Extra sound deadening and sound dampening material has been added to this car making it even more refined and it drives wonderfully quiet and glides beautifully along in whisper quietness , and add this to the luxurious lambs wool over rugs and you get a real sense of luxury .. 

The engine super smooth and burns no oil at all .

I have original  sales brochures and books and literature and lots of receipts with the car.
The bodywork is rock solid,(including the rear wheel arches which are totally rust free) there are a few areas of paintwork that have been touched up and are not perfect including some small patches at the top edge of the windscreen, (but is totally solid) and it has a minor dent/ crease in the nearside front wing, and that's about it, otherwise  bodywork is perfectly dent and rust free and very straight, but nevertheless overall this does not distract from the car which still looks very nice and presentable for a 27 year old car. 

Please note the photos were taken on different days, in sunlight and without sunlight so the colours of the paintwork and interior look different on different photos only due to this.

Overall this is a beautiful car and has been very well looked after and very well maintained and low ownership  with a simply superb interior that clearly shows how this car has been looked after.

The car is completely standard and not modified in any way.

I am asking just £6, 250  for the car which i believe is an awful lot of car for the money and all things considered i believe is a very fair price indeed.
