Description
This beautiful Traveller has had 7 previous owners, starting life in Cheshire and eventually ended up in Nottinghamshire. First registered to its original owner in June 1964 and staying with her till 1991, the next 2 keepers kept it from 1991 to 2005, then next to 2007 then next keeper from 2007 to 2010, next keeper from 2010 to 2019. Between 2010 and 2019 the Traveller benefitted from a full restoration with parts invoices amounting in excess of £8000 excluding any labour hours. The car is in absolutely stunning condition inside and out as well as mechanically. The car has covered 121. 000 miles in its lifetime with a noted speedo change at 80000 miles, the new speedo is currently reading 42000 miles.
The Traveller is finished in a beautiful Smoke pale blue with a contrasting interior, which is in as new condition throughout. There are no marks or wear of note to mention, the overall condition is a sight to behold. Been kept in its original specifications but with electronic ignition, alternator as more modern upgrades.
The Traveller drives beautifully, and is probably one of the very best available today, sadly plans have changed since acquiring the car back in 2019 so we have decided to let her go to a new enthusiast owner. The Traveller is truely ready to just get in and go anywhere.
If you want a beautiful Morris Minor Traveller then this has to be viewed to appreciate the outstanding condition that this very early example is in.
Always garaged, never go’s out on anything but the driest sunniest days, and is a truly loved little car.
