With only 27, 895 Miles on the clock, it’s in exceptional condition throughout.
This winter the car has been dry stored and has had the following work carried out. Oil and Filter Change, Air Filter, Spark Plugs, Fuel Filter, Timing Belt and Water Pump with Coolant Change, Brake Fluid Change, Rear Wheel Cylinders, Rear Tyres, Full Exhaust System (Cat Back).
In addition to this extensive mechanical overhaul, it’s also had a full detail, with wheels, arch liners and other components removed. The engine bay has been steam cleaned. The paintwork treated to a light machine polish. Interior is A1.
Originality is amazing on this car still wearing original dealer plates and stickers. The interior is all original with everything working as it should. There are signs it’s had localised paintwork as to be expected on 23 Year old car, but most of the paint is original as is all the glass. This has been owned by an old person who has obviously cherished the car for many years but over the years has picked up some battle scars from pulling it in and out of the garage and in car parks. As so, there are small parking dings which could be remedied with Paint-less Dent Repair and a dent on the rear quarter near the bumper. A couple of scratches and scuffs which have been touched in by the PO are also present. I have been very harsh and critical to give you an accurate description, however by any standards given its age it is immaculate. Looks 3 years old not 23.
Overall a charming, mechanically simple little car which you can drive as it is, or get them little cosmetic things sorted for perfection. Comes with 12 Months MOT. Two keys but no history previous to me, as is the case with most old peoples cars, the family lose the history usually due to illness or death.
Looking for a caring custodian at £1, 995. 00. I don’t know the story of this car, I wish I did.
I bought the car in August 2024, rescued it off a drive to save it from being ruined or falling into neglect.
I never had any need for it, I’ve got far too many Peugeots. It’s clear someone loved this car for a very long time.
I’ve detailed it and done the mechanicals to nurse it back to its former glory and wow does it look good! Had many kind comments on the car.
It’s cliche but you are unlikely to find one in such condition. I find its imperfections quite charming, they tell a story of its previous owner.
