2002 Mercedes CLK Class CLK320

For sale: my stunning, rust-free, low-mileage CLK 320 Avantgarde in rare Iolite blue metallic with recently refurbished genuine 18" AMG Monoblock wheels. Options include:

Purchased in early summer 2023, this car has since frequently ferried me between Sussex and Staffordshire as a comfortable motorway cruiser. No expense has been spared in the pursuit of mechanically restoring this car, and I have collated a great service and maintenance record with a local Mercedes-Benz specialist, which reflects my period of ownership. This includes:
- partial gearbox rebuild with new conductor plate + service.
- timing chain checkup
- reconditioned seat motors
- regular servicing
- new blue-tinted windscreen

4 previous owners. This fantastic CLK is specified with the famously smooth 3. 2 litre variant of the M112 Mercedes V6. This naturally aspirated, high displacement V6 has proper low-end torque and propels the car effortlessly with little hassle whilst also providing relatively good fuel economy at motorway speeds, in almost complete silence - perhaps my favourite motorway cruiser I have owned thus far.

Bodywork was recently professionally detailed and is in good condition but reflects the fact that this car is nigh on 23 years old. A minor crack and scuff in the rear bumper can be seen. The rarely seen iolite blue metallic paint still presents beautifully with a polish and pairs incredibly with the freshly refurbished period AMG Monoblock wheels. I hope the spec (as well as comprehensive recent maintenance record) captivates someone as much as it captivated me two years ago when purchasing, and continues to do so.

Interior two-tone leather presents in good condition with all features working as factory. I have retrofitted an original colour-matched walnut steering wheel from another clk/ e class to add to the relaxed driving sensation for my use case.

Overall, this is a great rust-free example of a beautifully appointed eye-catching CLK with great road presence, an unstressed and smooth 6-cylinder, sitting on a forgiving yet balanced chassis.
