Description
This car is being sold following the recent death of my father-in-law. He became the second owner when he bought it from a local Jaguar main agent. The car was his pride and joy and was regularly and meticulously maintained by a mixture of main agent and a local specialist Jaguar garage (as detailed in the full-service record). There are also many receipts and paperwork.
The car is always garaged, evidenced by the vibrant paintwork The milage is very low for the year, the car runs well, there are no warning lights. All electrics work. The black leather upholstery is in extremely good condition, again attributed to not being overly exposed to sunlight and being cared for. The paintwork is unmarked as are the road wheels. All tyres are good, and the MOT expires on 22 July 2025. All in all this is a superb example of this iconic classic car.
Ownership of the car has been transferred to my mother-in law. There is a crack in the front passenger tweeter escutcheon.
The sale is not urgent, accordingly, we are not minded to sell for less than the asking price which is considered to be on the low end of the vehicles estimated value.
