Selling my genuine low mileage MK1 UK Special Edition, with full Mazda service history. In exceptional condition with no rust or corrosion anywhere on the bodywork. Original red paint looks as fresh as the day it left the factory, this car has been garage stored all its life which shows in its incredible condition. Long MOT till Nov 2025 with full genuine documented mileage of only 28k.
This special UK model came with extras including power-steering and electric windows. Rare Mazda factory wind-breaker and storage case are also included. The bodywork is absolutely solid and clean of any rust concerns. All the factory spot welds are still visible around the sills and arches. Car has never been painted or welded anywhere.
Soft top roof is like new condition, with no marks or any signs of cracking. The plastic rear window zips down and is clear with no clouding or fogging. Matching red hardtop has all latches working perfectly, plus heated rear windscreen which connects to the controls of the car (please note the hardtop is not included with the sale, but is available separately by negotiation if buyer is interested).
Engine bay is all original and in honest condition. There are no modifications from standard and the engine sounds really strong. Car starts up first time every time without hesitation even during the cold weather we’ve recently been having.
This car has been cared and look after its whole life. Previous owner treated it to a playful private style number plate ‘L110 LOO’. It also had a stainless steel Racing Beat uprated exhaust and its 15-inch racing alloys are in excellent condition with new tyres a few year ago all having lots of tread. The seats are in fantastic condition being professionally re-trimmed in black leather at a cost of £700 (receipt included with paperwork).
Interior is all original, including the rare leather Momo-Steering wheel. Door cards and dashboard are tidy wih no marks. Original floor mats are present in very good condition as well as having stainless steel kick-plates. An Auto-Watch immobiliser is fitted, there are two fobs and 3 sets of keys. Boot is all original, having the spare space-saver wheel and factory toolkit/ jack.
Main dealer stamped service history to 24k followed by subsequent Mazda specialist servicing records to date. Records show regular interval cambelt and water pump changes historically only due to age as the car has only had gentle use. Huge file of receipts and paperwork welcome to go through.
The car is ready to drive, the gearbox and engine feel like new. It revs freely going down the road and the steering is precise, no noises from the brakes or suspension. Please do not make the mistake of comparing this with other average or similarly priced examples of MK1s for sale. I’ve done my best to provide detailed pictures, but they don’t come close to showing off how clean and original the car is. Highly recommend viewing to appreciate its exceptional condition.
In summary, an extremely rare condition low mileage example of this model. The car had two former owners before my ownership just over 1 year ago.
