Alfa 90 2. 5 V6 Gold Cloverleaf
First registered 17/ 05/ 1985, eligible for tax and exemption next year (2026). Alfa UK only ever imported this high specification model. There is some service history with the service book stamped for the early years. Then this Alfa 90 spent 17 years in a garage in storage until the owner died and it came up for sale. A few owners later, I bought her when she came up for sale through the Alfa enthusiasts club. She is always garaged and will come with a fresh MOT. This is a special car. The amazing Alfa V6 engine is the one to have, the same running gear is found in the Alfa GTV6, and the engine note is like nothing else. Such a high spec... the digital speedo was years ahead of it's time and works perfectly today. Electric seats, electric windows, central locking, power steering, adjustable steering column height and yes, it comes with the detachable dashboard briefcase! The interior is close to perfect and very comfy! Bronze tinted windows are a stylish feature. No radio I'm afraid, it never had one fitted. Check control panel and self adjusting front lower spoiler that dips the faster you go. Alloy wheels, all four tyres have been replaced recently. This Alfa 90 has never been restored or welded so there are blisters and imperfections, you can address these issues or simply run the car as is. Recent mechanical work (by a well known Alfa specialist) includes both head gasket replacements, all coolant hoses replaced, new exhaust front to back, cambelt replacement, all new prop shaft rubber couplings, new gearbox mountings, new fuel tank etc.
So there we have it, a very honest and stylish Italian touring saloon that was, at one point, the most expensive Alfa you could buy during the 1980's ready for you to enjoy. Any questions welcome.
