For sale is my 2007 Porsche Boxster 2. 7 Sport Edition. This car is finished in unmistakable Porsche Guards Red, over a black leather interior and black hood.
The paintwork is in excellent condition for its age, having covered only around 57, 000 miles from new.
The 987 Sport Edition is a particularly rare car, offering some cosmetic and mechanical upgrades over the standard car. This includes the Sport Package which combines the 6-speed gearbox and PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management). The Sport Design Package is also added, consisting of the more aggressive front splitter and rear diffuser, with the ducktail spoiler. All Sport Editions also come standard with the Sport steering wheel, 18 inch Boxster S wheels, painted roll-over bars to match the exterior colour (red in this case), and stainless steel door entry guards.
On top of this, this car is also equipped with hardback sports seats, heated seats, park assist, and seatbelts to match the exterior colour (red).
The car is MOT'd until June 2025. A quick glance at the MOT history of this car reveals that it has been extremely well kept, never obtaining any mechanical advisories or failures. Currently with no advisories. The car is also HPI clear.
The car just had all new front suspension arms. This was both front lower suspension arms (coffin arms) replaced and both front tuning forks replaced, at a cost of £520.
In addition, the coolant pipes were all replaced in September 2023 at a cost of £1700.
The car underwent a minor service in August 2023, along with an air con re-gas and a brake fluid change, for a total of £600.
The car had another oil and filter service in May 2024.
The car sits on Bridgestone Potenza tyres all round with plenty of tread left on all four. The wheels were also refurbished circa 2022 and are still in excellent order, with no kerbing and new centre caps.
A decent collection of paperwork is present with the car, including invoices for all of the work listed above, along with MOT certificates, and an invoice for the car purchased used from Porsche Centre Colchester in 2011.
All work has been carried out at Porsche specialists.
The interior is in excellent condition with minimal wear throughout.
Three keys are present, however the remote fob only works on 2.
The roof mechanism works flawlessly.
Only modification is LED dipped beam bulbs.
