Description
First registered in June 1951, chassis number 'LAG/ 50/ 298' was acquired by the current vendor in January 2020
The car has been extensively reconditioned to a near concourse condition with a view to be able to use the vehicle regularly for enjoyment, pleasure, and rally, not just to exhibit.
The engine has been professionally disassembled and rebuilt by Brewster Mudie Ltd of Bromsgrove completed 2022 with all parts being reconditioned as necessary. The gearbox was removed serviced and checked. Brakes suspension tyres heating system and electricals all checked and refurbished as necessary. The interior of the car has been refurbished to a high standard including facia, carpets, leather seats, upholstery and hood. LHA & Son Classic Restorations repainted the exterior in 2022 following a full strip down to bare metal with all metal refurbished as necessary followed by a professional paint job in white followed by a wax. The car has its original valve radio which has been refurbed and an original clock also refurb to ensure its longevity.
The car is offered for sale with lots of additional paperwork including expired MOTs, numerous bills, and a V5C Registration Certificate. A workshop manual, original brochures, spare wheel and some spares are included in the sale.
Reason for sale: illness with loss of licence.
