It has full service history and full 12 month MOT (screenshot on add of advisories) Underneath the car is rust free unlike most E36s and only has one slight rust mark under the left headlight. The paint is in decent shape does have the odd mark and scuff but not at all bad for a nearly 30 year old car. (could do with a good polish) The interior of the car needs a bit of TLC as it has been stood for a year and the sun has taken its toll on the front leather seats.
