• Ultra rare black leather with red Alcantara in fills leather Recaro seats. (I have only seen one advertised from a breaker and the price was £1, 200 for the fronts and rears… sold within a fortnight. I know because I emailed the chap selling them and he said he could have sold them twice over!). These seats don’t just transform the interior; they transform the car. It looks and feels different and feels like a much more exotic machine. Speculation varies but I have read this was fitted to less than 1% of ATRs.

This car was allowed to suffer rust underneath which came to a point after its last MOT 2015 which meant it failed the 2016 MOT.

• Nearside Front Subframe mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded innerwing (2. 4. A. 3)
• Offside Front Subframe mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded inner wing (2. 4. A. 3)
• Offside Front Subframe mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded chassis to innerwing (2. 4. A. 3)
The car also has rust around the drivers footwell which again is common.
After the car failed its MOT the owner part exchanged it as is with a trader up in Lincolnshire who then advertised it as an Mot failure. Even though that is the other end of the country I drove for the best part of 6 hours and 200 plus miles to view. Paid the asking price and arranged for it to be loaded down south.
The car has remained in a dry barn ever since. It has been moved outside to get ready for sale.

All of the cars I found were on Autotrader and one the track day car was duplicated on ebay as well. All more miles, loads more owners, most pre facelift, all green cloth, all had rust dealt with at some point if you study the pictures in their ads and look at MOT history (which is why no one should fear doing the work on this car as it would be worth significantly more based on this evidence given how special this car is mileage/ leather Recaros/ Facelift/ Low owners/ etc etc)

Condition
Please study the pictures. The car was COVERED in barn dust and cobwebs when I went to the barn last week. I had the car cleaned and polished. The interior just needed a light wipe. Access to where the car is stored is limited but the few people who came in and saw the car as I was picturing it for this advert had their eyes on stalks… I was explaining its for recommissioning or restoration and the general comment was its stunning! ultra rare
