Description
On offer is a fantastic MG MGB GT in British racing green with the rare and sought-after folding roof plus overdrive. The vehicle has been in my possession for 7 years now. During this time, the MG has given me a lot of pleasure and has never let me down. Due to an “upgrade” and certainly with a heavy heart, I have now decided to pass it on to it's next guardian.
The vehicle is in an above-average condition and you can tell that it has been restored and maintained with great attention to detail and without budget restraint. I am a driver myself and not a hobby mechanic, so I have always left the technical work to the professionals in my trusted classic car workshop.
The B is currently parked for the winter in a garage near Wetzlar, Germany (north of Frankfurt). As soon as road conditions (salt) permit, it will be reactivated and then there will be additional “showroom pictures” and of course the opportunity to see it in person. If there is already serious interest, I can provide access to an online folder with further pictures from my archive in advance (these are however no classic "showroom" pictures, but rather private pictures which document the fun you can have with such a character car).

In 2018 a value appraisal has been conducted which does certify a condition grade "2" and a market value of 19, 500 EUR.
Inspections were carried out regularly and, just like technically necessary work, exclusively in specialist workshops. All work and upgrades since 2016 are neatly documented with invoices in an extensive folder.
