Due to new projects, this recently completed and special Pontiac Firebird is now being sold. The entire car has been overhauled and painted, including the undercarriage, brakes and suspension. The car body was modified into a pickup truck in the late 1980s by H&H Auto Exports in Florida to avoid Finnish vehicle tax. Very few examples remain and this is one of them. A Firebird that sticks out from the crowd and will draw lots of attention at car shows.
Engine/ gearbox/ rear axle renovated and professionally modified. Specifications below. The body has been driven 122tml, of which approx. 1000km after renovation. Drilled/ slotted brake discs in each corner. TDS wonder bar in front and Founders Performance tubular lower control arms + panhard rod in the rear. Banzai enterprises torque arm. All chassis bushings + engine mounts in urethane. Monroe Sensa-Track shock absorbers and springs. Interior nice and complete. FK Automotive sports benches and 4-point belts. Pioneer stereo + Hertz 6x9" and 2 x 10" Hertz subwoofers. SPL Audio amplifier. Roof, rear panel and inside of the bed decorated in crushed plush. Original Trans-Am hood painted in the same color is included if the Street Scoop look does not appeal to the buyer. Receipt folder for the car's parts is available as well as many photos from the renovation.
