1975 Triumph Spitfire Mark 4

Firstly I am a bonfide willing seller.
For sale my 1975 Triumph Spitfire Mk IV. I have had this for a little while but need to sell a couple of cars in order to buy either a 205GTI or Lancia Delta as these were my childhood cars of which i owned both. The car was running when i bought it and i bought it along with a few other vehicles in order to dip my toe into the water. We have taken the carburettors apart and sonic cleaned them and fitted a service kit. The next job when the weather improves is to balance the carbs and put a nice bit of fresh fuel in.
The chap before me butchered the hard top to make it into a Targa top he has basically cut it. I'm not going to put a new top on or tonneau cover. Please come and have a look at the car as it is solid the rear boot lid has been sprayed by hand but its not rusty. I have receipts and took a couple of videos when i first bought it. If you want a minter then spend an extra £10, 000. 00. This is a very easy to work on car and could be made to look good. Its a really pretty car with 77, 000 odd thousand miles on the clock. I have old receipts from 2000 so it has had money spent on it.

There are only 450 left Sorned or taxed on the road (this model). This was registered in 1975 but will almost definitely have been a 1974 production car as the chassis number gives its date away. The mark IVs went up to 69995 this car is at the very latter end.
I will take more photos and DM them if you are serious. I'm not putting it on a ramp or vouching for no rust but the engine bay as you can see in the photos is very healthy.

The car is situated ten minutes from jct 17 of the M25. I may take a part exchange if it is easily sellable.
Don't bid if you are in Thailand or have low feedback or offer and then ask for an AA condition report, or change your mind. Don't look for a yellow car and be disappointed its a shade of British racing green. I only say this as i have just sold a few items and these were the excuses. The last bits i bought from Rimmer Bros.

We may work on the car on Monday 10th Feb and try and get the carbs in sync. It has a slow puncture as well. Id recommend trailer pick up. Right colour right year. Lovely looking car. Ideal as a driveway ornament. Cheap in comparison to the Fords of the same year.
