Hi, Here we have the reluctant sale of my Escalade 5. 7 litre V8 petrol.
This car is the exact model, year, colour (exterior and interior) as driven by Tony Soprano in The Sopranos for last half of the series.
I always wanted a Escalade when I saw this one in the white pearlescent it took my breath away and I had to have it. Having such a large family we’ve had to always have a mpv and previously we’ve had a Ford Galaxy and a couple of Chrysler Voyager. I always wanted a proper American car so when it came time to upgrade on our mpv I thought I’d kill 2 birds with one stone and get the Escalade.
It is a 8 seater and with out doubt the most comfortable car I’ve ever owned. There is amble space and even with all 8 seats in the boot is still about the same size as a Range Rover sport.
I’ve owned the car 3 years now and it hasn’t missed a beat and has never let me down the only reason I’m selling is because I can’t justify keeping it anymore, one of my step sons has passed his test and has a car and the other starts his driving lessons this year, so it’s rarely used I’ve got my work truck and van plus 3 other cars and my wife has hers so we don’t have the space especially since the work on our side extension starts later this year and we are going to loose 2 driveway spaces!
I bought the car with 57k on the clock from a dealer who imports American cars it came with 12 months mot, the car came with a years warranty and just before I was due to take it for the 1st mot under my ownership the Speedo dials etc started playing up the dealer changed the dial cluster but the mileage now shows kilometres (this can be seen if you do gov Mot check). The mileage is showing 167km but the actual mileage is approximately 63000 miles which can be verified, which is nothing for one of these machines.
He’s a brief rundown on the bits I’ve done the car in my ownership.
- Brand new 24” Dub baller alloy wheels in excellent condition and tyres that a barely used bought these last year and have barely covered a 1000 miles in them, imported from California. Comes with a 5th wheel incase any of the 4 fitted get damaged. £3200

- Full in car entertainment system including pioneer double din head unit with apple CarPlay and android. 21” fold down television with dvd but i use a fire stick with it so you can watch Netflix, Disney, itv x etc on the move keeps kids entertained on long journeys. JL amp and 15” subwoofer in the boot. Reverse camera. £2800
-new rear brake caliper and pads £250.
- new front wheel bearing £375.
- new auxiliary belt £135.
The car is a Japanese import and has benefitted from coming from a warm climate as it has zero rust anywhere. Paintwork looks great in the sun and in is of a good condition, there is age related wear and tear and a few stone chips here and there. Interior is also in good condition with just light wear to the leather and no rips or tears.
Although the car is a 5. 7l it can be surprising economical if driven carefully I’ve got over 350 miles per tank on many occasions. The car isn’t lightning fast but sounds great and can more than hold its own on the motorway.
Car gets constant looks and compliments everywhere I go had all the usual Cadillac extras which all work.
Air con fully gassed and runs ice cold.
Will be sorry to see it go and if I don’t get what I want I’ll just get it and store in my yard so please no silly offers or timewasters.
