Description
Fully restored and resprayed in 2008 this is a rare SA (automatic) version of the Excel. Runs very nicely with no apparent issues. Body in good condition with no dents or marks. New stainless exhaust system fitted in 2015. Real leather upholstery. Extensive paper trail including restoration work and engine rebuild carried out by Lotus Bits Ltd (invoices available). The recorded mileage up to 2009 was 99, 000 miles and so it is assumed to have tripped back to zero or was changed about that time. Since then she has only done 8500 miles. Full service October 24 along with various works (invoice available). MOT to Oct 25. Original owner's handbook along with a workshop manual. New battery Feb 25. Protective car cover available. Some issues that I am aware of: The driver's door is slightly out of line and may need some adjustment. The electric windows are slow to close as if something is obstructing them or the winder motors need replacing. Cruise control not currently working.
