12 previous owners of which includes myself. I purchased the vehicle from a chap in Llanelli West Wales Nov 23.
I bought the car as a project but have now lost my storage and it is now kept outside undercover.
It drives, stops, starts and was in daily use up until the bad weather set in at the tail end of last year.
I have spent a considerable amount of money on it in order to use it daily. Some of the things I have done are, a new Lockheed brake servo, new stainless steel pistons and seals in the brake callipers, new discs and pads. There are new rear wheel cylinders. However, there is still room for improvement on the brakes.
New distributor, plus electronic ignition, new ignition coil, engine runs lovely.
Also new overdrive solenoid so the gear box now operates as it should.
Carburettor service and new float, all receipts for proof that everything was purchased from the respected suppliers of Rover parts, J Wearing & J R Wadham.
Lots of other bits and pieces including service kit and 4 x new tyres fitted prior to me buying the vehicle from previous owner.
The previous owner informed me that when he purchased the car the previous owner to him had had the water pump rebuilt.
It is not the best car out there, however you can either use it as is or take on to the next level. Unfortunately I cannot do this due to health issues. The vehicle looks better than it is from a distance due to someone giving it a not very good respray. Bought as a project
