A matching numbers car, verified by JDHT 15. 5. 2024. Date of manufacture 5. 12. 1962. Original distributor Jaguar Cars, New York, USA. The car was imported to Finland by Suomen Sijoitusautot in 1990. The car was carefully restored by them. It was inspected and the restoration approved by the Finnish Automobile Historical Club earning a museum vehicle registration 18. 4. 1990 and M. O. T. 11. 6. 1990. The car was acquired by the multiple Finnish Group A Racing Champion Leif Wiik the same summer. The car was driven only a few hundred miles during summers only until 2003, when the owner passed away. The car has always been kept in a warm well ventilated private garage, where it has been kept since 2003. The family has now decided to sell this unique car. The car is in excellent condition, but it needs to be driven like it is meant to be. This is not a "resto mod", this is the real thing down to era correct Michelin X red walls, immaculate original knock-off wire wheels.
