4 + G gearbox rebuilt by Cog-box before I purchased her still free from any noises etc.
Audi 5 cylinder 2. 1 engine fitted over twenty years ago runs well

VC fully functional locks up as and when required
Gear linkage bushes all replaced
Sump and gearbox guards fitted
Front bash plate diff guard fitted
New starter motor.
LPG installed on engine
LPG tank installed inside van under rear seat so no problems off road etc.
Log book states duel fuel Petrol/ Gas
16 x 7 Tolliman alloys
205 80 16 Kumho A/ T tyres x 5
Set of 5 BFG Mud Terrain 215 75 15 on steel 6 x 15 wheels included OK for off road I wouldn't us them on the road any more.
Spare wheel (steel) mounted inside rear off-side of van.
30 mm spacers on rear springs
Unknown longer front springs but I would guess 2wd springs.
Rock and roll rear seat/ bed convert into comfy double bed.
Home built interior I built for lightness rather than looks including 2 x gas burners and grill, sink with pumped water from onboard water bottle in kitchen unit space for fridge although its not fitted at moment.
LED interior lighting.
Patio gas bottle to run cooker fitted in kitchen unit (Patio gas bottle is much cheaper than Gaz)
Log book changed to Motor Caravan
Bodywork not perfect but underside in very good overall condition.

Brakes are good and handbrake hold well on off-road inclines.
EPS (electric power steering) fitted by Sunflower campers in 2024, brilliant makes driving her like a modern car, adjustable as well.
Bad points.
Oil seal on engine crank needs attention
Due to oil seal a new clutch is likely to be needed.
A rear CV joint is getting near its end but only occasionally makes any noise an easy fix, but all the other 7 are good and all CV boots are good.
Lower half of body would benefit from a repaint currently rollered. These Syncros are a bit special, go green laning or off road and cook eat and sleep in comfort anywhere. It si very very capable on and off road, brilliant.
