118, 000 Miles
Been in my ownership since 2015, back then it had 42, 000 miles on it. C. 80k trouble free miles later, it is time to sell on.
Body work is original except for a cut from another 205 about the size of your hand underneath the driver's footwell, due to the car being jacked up wrongly, it had been crushed. The same on the passenger side suffered the same damage but not to the extent and remains as is. Drivers inner wing where the jack is kept also has seen welding. Boot floor will require minor attention where the plug for boot mat is. The bonnet would ideally need replacing, having not been closed correctly and flew open whilst driving. No other damage was done but the bonnet was badly dented.
The paintwork is 95% original. It is somewhat presentable but rough around the edges. Most notably passenger rear quarter panel above bumper. But no nasty repairs, filler etc to be found.
Not a show pony by any description but an honest example.
Interior is in very good condition with additions such as centre console, digital clock, cigarette lighter, adjustable mirrors, glove box, vanity sun visor amongst others. The red piping has split on the top corner of drivers seat. Passenger and rear seat are as new.
Drives well and is reliable. Could benefit from a carb tune and also will need a new mid section in the exhaust. Upgraded the 4 speed box to 5 speed which has c. 50, 000 miles on it now. new drive shafts, radiator, calipers, back box, front pipe etc.
MOT May 2025. An honest example with nothing to hide. Will require some minor work to bring back former glory but a great wee 3-door and a rare 'all-white' edition which were popular back in the 80's.
