1972 bsa a65 thunderbolt for sale. this is an american import, but is now registered as a historic vehicle in uk with a v5 in my name. tax and mot exempt.
very tidy bike in good running order, engine has been stripped down and has had new big end shells, sludge trap removed and cleaned out and new alpha main bush bearing fitted and line reamed . crankshaft and barrels are still standard with new rings fitted to original bsa pistons . new battery . remote oil filter fitted, good tyres. rev counter works but is wrong ratio , speedo works but is not that accurate. all lights and hooter work. very good front wheel rim, rear is a little rusty but perfectly usable. this bike is nice and tidy but not restored.
