2006 Ford S-Max 2. 5T Titanium (June 2006-build)

* Colorado Red (very rare - have only ever seen one other in the UK)

* Mechanically totally standard (dyno'd a month ago at 210bhp)
* Loses no fluids
* Road tax £36 per month
* Factory tinted rear windows
* N. Ireland registered - not a private plate
* Two keys (one flip fob, one master)

Going to be genuinely sorry to see this car go. Wife has owned it 10 years and it's been an excellent family car, but just doesn't get used much anymore (has covered 45k miles in those ten years, to give you an idea).

I've done a lot of jobs on it over the past decade, including (but not limited to):

* 4 new tyres (2x in Feb 2024, 2x in Oct 2024 - hasn't really been used much since)
* New front springs, pair new driveshafts last year
* Convers+ speed fitted last year (mileage corrected so no change on MoTs etc. Apparently it's a modded one with extra features? Comes with OG cluster)
* Fuel rail pressure sensor (new, Sept 2023, 135k miles)
* New diesel battery (Jun 2023, 134k miles)
* New alternator, drivebelt and tensioner (Jun 2023, 134k miles)
* PCV diaphragm replaced Aug 2022, 133k miles)
* New rear lower arms, droplinks & camber bolts (Apr 2020, 125k miles)
* Powerflex rear trailing arm bush kit fitted (both sides around Apr 2020)
* Genuine new MAF (Jul 2016, 104k miles)
* Genuine new fuel pump/ sender (Mar 2015, 99k miles)
* Genuine Volvo PAS pump (Feb 2015, 99k miles)
* Recon steering rack, PAS reservoir (Feb 2015, 99k miles)

Needs a few mechanical jobs doing and some prettying up. Known issues (there could be more if you dig deep, but off the top of my head):

* Windscreen cracked (doesn't leak)
* Wheels need refurbing
* Had to do some welding on the N/ S sill by wheel arch last Autumn. Nothing too serious, but I had to rush it as we were driving it to France the next day! Looks fine from a distance (I'll add more pics later as those above are out of date) O/ S has a bubble but no holes
* Exhaust manifold gasket leaking slightly (squeals when cold-started, disappears after about 30secs of running) Comes with next gaskets
* A/ C needs a regas (genuinely, it does work, it just leaks out over the course of a couple of years, probably because we don't use the car enough!)
* Handbrake handle has fallen apart, currently taped up. Gearknob is also minging so bandaged up with fabric tape.
* Reverse lights don't work
* 3rd row of seats need fabric re-stitching and a good clean
* Boot gas struts/ lifters are worn out

Otherwise engine is great, no issues there (uses no coolant at all). Gearbox is good (has new oil in it); Drives and handles really nicely.

Obviously it's 19yrs old this year, so don't expect perfection.
