Offered: battleship on wheels! What a huge car this Bentley Turbo R is, say. And what an iconic appearance this British gentleman has. Beautiful in the colour Ebony metallic combined with a Magnolia leather interior.
The originally English-delivered Bentley now has a New Dutch registration, and can therefore be used favourably with regard to the mrb. The motor vehicle tax is only 130,- per year, insurance a few tens, so it remains fun to drive a Bentley.
State of the car:
Nice and very neat copy! Some work has been done on the car in the past, which benefits this gentleman a lot. The paint is largely in very good condition and with full gloss.
The interior is pretty neat. The leather a little craquelé or to call it popular ....... beautiful patina. But what a great limousine this is say!Driving:
This really is ‘King of the road’ though. What a wonderful driving ... oh no, floating car this is. Especially that wonderful torque and power make this a very fine car. But what a behemoth, just totally fun!
So much fun that we put it in our name, and drive it almost daily!
Maintenance:
Little maintenance is available, but I assume it has already been chipped given the ride quality of this one.
After some sleuthing, we found the car digitally at a UK auction that talks about a maintenance history.
We have done the following to the car;
- 8 new spark plugs,
- new filters,
- new oil,
- new thermostat,
- full cleaning and detailing.
