Pilgrim Sumo, presented in superb condition and boasting a superb colour combination of Shelby blue metallic with iconic white stripe. Cream leather sports seats. This fantastic example was built in 2003 to a high specification with no expense spared, powered by the light weight Buick aluminium 350V8. This fantastic motor has also undergone some very sensible tuning modifications to include, RPI Duplex timing chain kit, Edelbrock performance inlet manifold with four barrel carburettor, Viper Hurricane camshaft and Mallory distributor and ignition. This engine gives a blistering performance and sounds absolutely amazing, it’s a real head turner. The exhaust is a twin straight through, not side mounted. Power steering, disc brakes all round, new upgraded shocks with gas springs. Custom made hard top, custom made soft top, tonneau cover, Moro Lita steering wheel, push button start, insurance approved immobiliser, supplied with a full documented service history, tool kit, spare wheel. The wheels are Hallibrand, with good tyres. The radiator has been custom made in brass, so no worries with deterioration. I have owned this lovely example of the iconic Cobra for quite a few years, all dry miles, garaged.
Driving this car is an amazing experience, drives beautifully, and has been to many shows.
I have been told by many people that this car sounds better than many other examples, it’s an awesome sound to any petrol head.
