I am the second owner of this beautiful 1997 Sports, the engine is a 6. 3 small block Chevy dry sumped running through a 5 speed Porsche gearbox with a right hand gear change.
Body work has front and rear fins above the wheel arches which have been skilfully feathered into the bodywork and not been added as an extra panel, she has the larger front mouth opening same as the new RS, by lifting the front clip it allows full access to the fluids, battery, suspension components while the splitter remains in position, all work completed by Steve Smith the Ultima Guru, side scoops on the rear clip to allow better air flow into the engine compartment.
There is a large rear pilon wing which is fitted by sliding into a frame and held by 2 pit pins so easily removed.
All Ultima factory parts were used in the original build including Seats, dials, big AP brakes with front and rear bias brake bar, plumbed in fire system and battery cut off switches both inside the car and on near side front wing.
Reverse camera, detachable steering wheel, 5 point harnesses recent new Radtech aluminium radiator. Air con is plumbed in but the pump ancillaries removed, easily reinstated.
This is the cheapest road going, road legal, drive away Ultima in the World
