Description
A rare gem, this historic 4-door 99L Saab has always been garage-stored even before it was no longer regularly used after 1996. First registered in May 1975, it was bought from the original garage in November 1975 and has been in current ownership since then. Whilst running as the family car, it was the owner’s pride and joy and kept well maintained by a local Saab garage. With 56 miles on the clock when it was bought, all the daily school and work runs, and the family holidays under its belt while the kids were growing up, it has covered a memorable 209, 000 miles. The care taken in maintaining the car over the years is recorded in its full service history along with all the garage maintenance records. The photos demonstrate its well-preserved bodywork - no wrinkles, but a few minor bubbles underneath its glowing polar white paintwork.
Sadly, we need to part with her, and are offering her to the collector’s market where we hope there is a second owner out there who would lovingly recommission her and get her back on the road where she belongs. This rare 4-door is priceless of course, but comparable models indicate an estimated value of £2, 300. Offers will be considered.
