Ford model t tourer 1911, original car, our family imported this car from a museum in New Zealand 26 years ago & we've been family owners since, owning many Model T Fords over the years, the car is in the original as we bought it, runs smoothly & is a joy to drive, original brakes, drives lovely, a great vintage piece, this is an original Manchester built right hand drive Ford Model T Tourer from 1911, not a conversion, making it extremely rare in the uk, it came with the optional floor push button start for ease but will start on crank if required, the radiator is original & does have a leak as expected but as all model t owners know, we always carry water in case if required & has never been a problem for us, im sure we would all leak somewhere if 114 years old!!
See from the pics that it does win shows, it just needs to be used & enjoyed, a car to be truly proud of, It hasn't been on the road for over 2 years but is kept on trickle charge in a carpeted garage & the engine is turned every 2 weeks, it starts every time without fail, a very reliable, fun & is truly admired everywhere it goes, costs to run & enjoy this car is minimal, insurance for me is £100 per year, it's tax & mot exempt, l'm only selling as it's a shame to be sat in the garage & I have no time to use it, any spare parts, mechanic books etc l have will be included in the sale, The joy of driving a lovely piece of motoring history
