1973 Rover P6B 3500S
Before I describe this car I would like to mention that this car has undergone a colour change from Mexico Brown to period correct Rover colour of Davos White, Every body panel was removed to carry this out and to fully re colour the base unit and door shuts. Huntsman Brown vinyl roof and sills also make this car really stand out.
First registered on 2nd May 1973 SGT 590L is extremely unmolested (apart from the colour change)
The car has never even had a radio fitted! Original blanking plate in dash and no aerial, some people may think this should be addressed, I think its how she left the factory…… Car has an immaculate Bronze, Ambla interior with E. T headrests fitted along with brand new excellent quality carpet set fitted.
Still wearing the original dealership decal in rear window along with the "Triplex hotline" stickers!
The car has had very little welding done in the past to a very high standard! All the "usual" areas have not been welded and nor do they require any they look like new!
Car shows mileage of 67k but sadly there is little paperwork to back this up apart from a few old invoices and MOTs from 1990s but these do correspond to the current mileage so based on that and the condition of the interior, base unit, chrome work, inside boot etc I would suggest its correct, car was registered to its original owner until last year also.
Full service carried out last week, car drives very well. It has manual steering which a lot of people prefer as its more precise with more feel.
Car is an ORIGINAL factory 3500S manual gearbox car with matching numbers.

New rubbers
New carpet set
I have been around P6 Rovers for many years and cant stress enough about how well this one has survived.
